We are a small effective team that are ready to tackle the big challenges we have ahead of us. As we are a start-up inside the Volvo Group, we are looking for a hands-on, creative, "roll up your sleeves" individual that will help us build our business. What you'll do:
You will be responsible for setting and delivering our development plan together with the concept development team
Lead the development team, perform hands-on project management during analysis, solution design, development, testing and deployment. Develop and manage end-to-end development project plans and ensure on-time delivery.
Deeply understand the architecture, business logic, integrations, policies and products of the Logivity ecosystem, in order to plan and drive the development.
Work cross functional with Logivity functions, suppliers and partners, securing the right development priorities and an optimized development.
Work internally and externally with development process optimization.
Cost and resource follow up and lead discussion and negotiation with development suppliers when it comes to resources and allocations
Who you are
We believe you are an experienced technical project lead with knowledge of logistic business. Knowledgeable in blockchain and microservice architecture is preferable. You have experience in supplier relationship and is confident to take decisions. Winning confidence and building relations comes natural to you. Other experience you might have in your backpack could be experience of working in a growing and fast-scaling business.

10+ years proven experience from technology project or program management.
Knowledge in software development processes.
Experience from driving development projects in a Cloud environment (eg Azure).
Experience from driving digital transformation projects in the logistic industry (eg TMS or Control Tower implementation)
