Destiny has 750 employees in 5 European countries and the headquarter is in Brussels. In this position you will work at the Stockholm office, located in Hammarby Sjöstad.
Tasks and responsibilities:
As an ICT-Project Engineer you have a central and important hands-on function within Soluno by Destiny regarding their IT integration's projects within Destiny. You will be assigned a project(s) whereas you'll be responsible from A through Z of the project implementation together with a smaller team. The projects are divided into three phases that can take up to one year all together. You work with either one bigger project or several smaller. In the project you will be responsible for the overall coordination, which means managing the overall process from the start to the end. You will be determining the scope of the project and divided on timeline, project plan, the technical implementation, etc.
You will be the first ICT-Project Engineer in Sweden, as of today your 11 colleagues are located in other European countries. The position and the ICT team provide all IT services within Destiny. You will be part of a committed team working in the office in Stockholm. Travels to other countries may occur on a project basis.
Education, Experience and Personal characteristics:
• A higher professional education in IT and/or a higher work-and thinking level
• 5 years of relevant work experience in IT
• Demonstrable knowledge of Microsoft 365 Suite, MS Azure, Powershell, Windows Server 2012-2019, Windows 10 and a general good understanding of IT
• Previous experience of working on a project basis
• Fluent in Swedish and English in both speaking and writing
• Demonstrable work experience as a technical project coordinator is a merit

You find it motivating to investigate and solve problems and take responsibility to drive your own processes forward and to deal with the situations you face independently.
