We're looking for two eager engineers and problem solvers who realizes collaboration is key for success. You will be part of a team where we work together to support our customers. as well as delivering, partial upgrades, and new functionality to existing equipment.
In this role, you will be the HVDC Service Product Owner of Station control & monitoring or Cyber security upgrades & services area. You will be the interface between service projects, company developers and other stakeholders. You will report to Global service technology & engineering manager.
Your responsibilities
Planning and continuously follow up with HVDC Service technical topics in your area of technology by bringing new issues in the organization, usually for warranty projects and delivery projects. You will be the interface for input from warranty and delivery projects in Service and output to the HVDC internal developers and suppliers.
Participate in HVDC product council as a HVDC Service representative in your area of technology, tenders, and upcoming projects.
Involved as support in HVDC Service tenders and decisions of technology based on customer and project feedback.
Participate in PLM system development (Product lifecycle management), including work with lifecycle of our different products.
Quality to be synchronized with Q department. Drive and prioritize the business values and to do reviews of progress on these.
Participation in different STECO forums in your area of technology and collaborating with a team of like-minded co-workers and experts to give the best results to.
Your background
You may hold a university degree applicable to the work within HVDC Control systems (e.g. Electrical Engineering, IT systems, Computer Science), or have work experience from similar roles.
Equally important is your inner drive, and ability to get things done. For us, that means that you are a driven problem solver who eagerly takes on new tasks and enjoys the challenges of engineering.
