Our aviation unit will depend on you for support within the areas of staffing, compensation, organization and learning & development. This 100 employee-strong department develops, implements and sells our resource optimization software to airlines.
You will handle everyday operational work, co-operate with the global HR team in company-wide projects and participate in planning activities with both your European HR team and the managers in the aviation unit.
Meetings and everyday communication is conducted in English and cooperation across different teams, countries, cultures and time zones is a natural part of the job. Supporting both managers and employees, you will need to use your diplomacy skills, your ability to implement corporate policies and strategies, combined with an ability to get things done and finding solutions in this exciting and challenging job in a growing global company.
You will be positioned in Göteborg, Sweden.
Your main tasks will be:
Staffing and leadership
• Support and implement workforce plans to attract, retain, and develop the necessary talent and be responsible for the total recruitment process.
• Conduct job interviews together with recruiting managers.
• Maintain employee data and educate employees on HR policies.
Organization
• Proactively address issues that may impact a larger population and make necessary changes to ensure that employee perspectives are considered.
• Advocate employee interests and perspectives by listening and identifying key issues, facilitating communication and bringing the issues to satisfactory resolution.
• Work close with the local organization and to learn the local Business Practices.
• Implement Global HR plans
• Bring up different local, country specific issues.
Compensation and Benefits
• Be responsible for the day to day as well as the long-term Compensation and Benefits issues
Required
• Relevant University Degree
• 5-10 years experience from general Human Resources tasks
• Fluent in the Swedish and English languages
• Strong communication and negotiations skills
• Ability to organize, prioritize and structure tasks and information.
Highly valued
• Experience from working in an international corporate environment
• Experience in providing HR service and staffing in multiple European countries
• Experience from working in global teams
