In cooperation with Sandvik Group Human Resources to successfully manage, develop and implement policies, guidelines and tools in the field of international assignments within Sandvik Tooling.
Main responsibilities
As an HRA for International Assignments at Sandvik Tooling, you will:
• Coordinate, administer and provide day to day management and service in all aspects of international assignments.
• Establish and maintain frequent and effective interaction with local Human Resource Advisors, Line Managers as well as Employees and their relocating families.
• Secure an efficient international assignments process. Drive the development of tools and procedures concerning the set up of new assignments. This includes how to work with internal requisitions and making this process effective, as well as coordinating when external services are needed.
• Act as a coach and partner to HR colleagues addressing complex assignment issues.
• Execute and analyze data and statistics regarding the expatriate population including making forecasts.
• Communicate and advise in the cooperation with local HRA regarding international social security and taxation issues for individuals taking up foreign assignments.
The HRA International Assignments reports directly to the Vice President Human Resources -Sandvik Tooling.
Qualifications
Successful candidates for this position will have/be:
• A degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or a related field and a minimum of three years of managing and working with Human Resources issues, preferably internationally related. Work experience and ability to interact across different cultures.
• Strong in prioritizing and have a natural ability to work in a service culture with high customer focus.
• Excellent problem solving skills as well as communication and social skills.
• A well developed empathic capacity and high integrity.
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English. Any additional language is an advantage.
