hela Sverige We are looking for a pro-active and flexible individual who will work as HR-assistant/Administrator. The position is full time employment and for a period of 5-6 months.
Job description:
• Assist office manager, finance and HR with the daily work
• Managing travel expenses and entering them in the accounting system
• Administrate local HR issues
• Taking care of usual office tasks such as answer the phone, handle mail, order office stationary etc
• Update various registers
Qualifications:
Very good writing and speaking skills in Swedish and English. Excel-experience is required. Basic knowledge in book-keeping will be a distinct advantage. We need a person that is service minded and is not afraid of taking own initiative and is able to work independently in support of a small office team. It is important that you are accurate and like working both with people and data. Experience from working with similar tasks is appreciated.
Salary:
According to the agreement.
