We are looking for a new colleague to our Swedish HR team. We have several locations in the Skåne area, and you will be located in both Arlöv (refinery) and in Örtofta (factory). Nordic Sugar is a part of the Nordzucker Group, the second largest producer of sugar in Europe.
Our HR team consists of 5 employees, and we manage all disciplines within a modern HR function. Besides taking care of daily business, we are also involved in HR projects within both the Swedish entity and within the Nordzucker Group.
You need to have + 5 years of HR experience. You are a generalist, but you must have in-depth knowledge of the payroll process and reporting. It is an advantage if you are familiar with SAP HR and Payroll.
You will be developing effective relationships with the factory management team, as well as all line managers and provide a wide range of professional HR services to the business.
Furthermore, you will:
• Support managers and employees in all rehab activities and wellfare
• Recruit and assess newcommers and ensure onboarding is done with high quality
• Implement HR policies and guidelines, some are defined locally and some are defined in a corporate setup
• Negotiate collective agreements and ensure compliance with national legislation
• Work with terms and conditions in employee contract and all related labour laws
• Drive employee branding actitvites
• Act as business partner and steer development initiatives
• Work with appraisals and encourage to a high level of feedback
• Coach and train managers and employees

You work independent and involve the right people at the right time.You are robust by nature and able to manage various topics and projects parallel without loosing direction or professionalism. You communicate with respect and demonstrate a keen interest in HR topics, your passion for HR is evident and encouraging. You talk, read and write fluently in english and swedish.
