Our turnover has increased with around 50% yearly in the last couple of years and we intend to keep this up with plans of growing into a team of over 60 employees in 2025.
The RoleNajell is looking to grow its team by adding a HR Coordinator that will work with support Najells HR operations. The position is based in Lund, Sweden. The role is new and will be developed together with the right candidate. The position will report directly to the Legal & HR Manager
Support managers with HR related questions
Competency planning in
Develop employee handbook
Support with salary payments
Office management
Government reporting of HR data

Is it you that we are looking for?
YouWe expect you to have a relevant university degree within law, business administration or HR. Preferrably you have 1-3 years working experience but is ready for your next opportunity to grow and really make your mark on an organisation. We expect you to speak fluent Swedish and English.
