Glooko/Diasend simplify life for people with diabetes and facilitates the work of their health care providers by optimizing diabetes data management.
Our comprehensive and market leading solutions involve uploading, storing and analyzing data from a clear majority of the diabetes devices currently available on the global market - allowing patients and caregivers to easily access, understand and share the same information. This equals highly valuable support for people with diabetes both during and in-between doctor visits, and makes the work of diabetes coaches around the world much more efficient and accurate.
Over the last few years we have grown quickly and are now at the point of the next big phase of expansion, aiming at establishing a presence with new exciting products in several markets within the near future. And to get there, the search for a number of new talented and driven co-workers has now begun.
We are a global company with about 80 employees, located in Silicon Valley, Chicago, London and Gothenburg - currently serving 4 000 diabetes clinics in 23 countries across 15 languages, impacting the lives of tens of millions of people with diabetes on a daily basis. Our largest owners are Samsung Ventures, Medtronic, Canaan Partners and Social Capital.
In our brand new office close to Liseberg (yes - you will have Lisebergskortet as an employee benefit) in Gothenburg we are approximately 35 co-workers. We are responsible for sales, customer support and marketing for all international markets except North America. We also have a dedicated team of engineers that works with technical development for all global markets.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
In your role as HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for overall HR processes in the European countries. You will report to the Director of Finance (EMEA). This role has a strong operational focus and requires a competence in salaries, labor issues, compliance, skills development and recruitment. As HR Business Partner you will work closely with the business, and you are expected to provide assistance and support to both managers and employees in all types of HR issues in Europe.
Main duties;
• Operate in close cooperation and consultation with the Managing Director and the management team.
• Be proactive in employer branding/onboarding and recruitment.
• Act as the first contact point in HR matters
• Ensure effective implementation of HR related policies and processes
• Develop an HR roadmap, and an HR budget in coordination with Managing Director.
• Manage, monitor and analyze HR reporting and key indicator and statistics,
• Drive enhanced consistency across our organization.
• Ensure compliance with Labor law and regulation on financial organization
• Develop and supervise Compensation & Benefits related matters, ensure that the communication with the business around these matters is up to date, consistent and transparent
• Coordinate employee satisfaction survey and action plan
• Coordinate training, and recommend actions to support business priorities.
• Cooperate with colleagues in Sweden, USA, Germany, United Kingdom and France. (And more countries that we start business in.
Who are you?
You have a relevant academic education and 5 years of experience of qualified HR work. You should have worked on similar tasks before. You have experience of working in an international environment and have strong compliance mindset. Your knowledge of employment law and contractual issues is solid, which means that you are well versed in both wage related issues and the management of benefits (including pension and insurance). You are fluent both in Swedish and English. You are well-structured and organized. Previous experience in recruitment of IT experts are meritating.
As a person you should be pro-active, autonomous, and drive for results, however flexible and patient to the complexity of the business and organization. You are confident in your skills and experience, and comfortable in both the operational and the strategic work. You have a genuine interest in working activities and support managers, as well as compiling and presenting important key figures in a both rewarding and educational manner.
