Job Description
We are looking for a senior HRBP to our global client during a maternity leave. You are an experienced HRBP with broad experience managing everything from compensation to working with engagement. The HRBP Group function Sweden will be a key member and instrumental in developing top class HR-processes in a complex business to enable the managers in the areas of responsibility to continue to deliver world class business outcome. You will actively partner with the client's Innovation leaders, getting under the skin of the organization to truly understand their strategy and impact on achieving their business goals, employee engagement and development. The HR team is best described by highly engaged, results oriented and winning as a team. Your responsibilities will include; working close to the business and coaching senior leaders and directors within the technology organization in a wide range of complex HR- and other business related matters. Together with technology leaders drive reorganization of teams and departments to best support the continued growth of the Technology organization including negotiations with unions. Setting up and driving HR-processes in an organization where HR is considered a core function, which is expected to expand its footprint across an increasing variety of tasks. Run cross functional projects in collaboration with national and international teams. Driving project and initiatives together with international Group HR colleagues. Taking an active part in the management team for one of our core technology departments. Connecting with the business organization and act as a team-player with the rest of the HR teams. Be a proactive strong partner with interest in establishing relationships and growing the internal awareness for the topics you are responsible of in a figure driven organization environment.

Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-08-31, with possible extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters as a consultant at our client. Submit your application in English as soon as interviews are ongoing.
