In this role you will be a part of a big network of talented people to learn and share experiences with as we within the whole Enabling Functions are 30 P&C professionals dedicated to support our business who enable Scania to do better business and be the great company that it is today (Finance, P&C, Communication, IT and other Corporate Functions).
As an HR Business Partner at Enabling Functions, you will play an important role together with your team to change the way we work and, work closely with the business to truly enhance our partnership and focus more on strategical questions. Your colleagues will consist of HR Business Partners as well as Specialist Roles. This gives us the opportunity to drive great initiatives within areas like competence & learning as well as talent & succession mgmt. You will take an active part in the team to explore new innovative solutions.
We have flexible work where you can work both from home and at the office in Södertälje & Stockholm. You belong to an awesome HR team where cooperation is based on trust, joy, passion & commitment.
Your main responsibilities as HR Business Partner
As one of our HR Business Partners you share the HR responsibility of our HR processes with your colleagues. You work independently to support your assigned part of the organisation where you are a part of management teams on different levels. The role includes that you will be an advisory and strategic partner with the capability to proactively provide data into business decisions. Reaching excellent results in people management based on a data-driven approach.
• Be responsible for coaching the managers in the area of responsibility to get desired results from core HR processes
• Coach and challenge managers in their leadership
• Contribute to the creation of the people strategy to ensure that it meets business needs
• Balancing the long-term goals and the short-term operative HR issues
• Challenge and drive action when it comes to strategic workforce planning, organizational design (right size, shape, performance & dynamics), and performance management
• Bring data and analytics to the table. Put a price tag on challenges and get others involved through engaging communication (storytelling)
• Consult in change management.
What we expect from you
You have the ability to work in a consultative way which strongly contributes to managers need to drive the business. You have experience working with change management and is interested in leading change. As change is the main constant factor, both for our organization and our HR group, you appreciate working with high flexibility, customer focus, and a growth mindset.
You have an analytical mindset and, you believe in the power of teamwork and curiosity. You have experience of qualified HR by working as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role.
Your academic background is a university degree in HRM or equivalent. Learning comes naturally to you and using digital tools to enhance your productivity. You have good communication skills in English both oral and writing, Swedish is merited.
• Experience of working with HR processes, and understand the correlations between them
• Ability to work in a consultative way
• You believe in the power of teamwork and curiosity
• You have an academic university degree, preferably in HRM or equivalent.
• You are well versed with digital tools and use them to enhance productivity
• Learning comes natural to you
Communicating in English and Swedish both oral and writing Due to the vacation period, we will start handling the applications and answering questions from the 12th of August. From that week, we will have an ongoing selection and interviews will take place during the last application period, therfore the position may be filled before the end of the application period.
