As HR Business Partner at Klarna, you will be Business Partner and advisor to Chief Officer, and the go-to-person and point of contact for the senior managers within the different functions. You will partner with the senior leadership teams of these business units to ensure that HR is delivering the best possible advice and service, developing and driving a talent strategy that delivers tangible business results.

To support you, you will be able to call on the services of a network of HR colleagues in Talent Acquisition, HR Services, Global Mobility, Talent Management, and Compensation & Benefits.

The ideal candidate for this position will be an experienced HR professional with a consultative and facilitating style. You will be fearless in your approach, preferring direct communication and action. It is likely that you will have cut your teeth in a variety of HR roles as you have built up your knowledge of talent management, before progressing into a consultative business partnering role. While you will favour being proactive wherever possible, you can react quickly to change - you will enjoy a high pace of work, and are focused on driving results.
