Are you passionate about HR and business strategy? Looking for hands-on experience in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment? Vipas AB is seeking an enthusiastic HR Business Development Intern to join our team in Stockholm.
Key Responsibilities:
Support HR Initiatives: Assist in implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs.
Market Research: Identify potential business opportunities and industry trends.
Business Development: Help develop and execute strategies to attract and retain clients.
Administrative Support: Aid in scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and maintaining records.
Employee Engagement: Organize activities to promote a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications:
• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong interest in HR and business development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in global client acquisition is a plus.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in English; Swedish is a plus.
