We are now looking for an interim HR Assistant during 12 months of study leave:
Main responsibilities:
• Administration of the day-to-day operations of the human resources and payroll functions and duties.
• Recruitment support
• Key point of contact for employees, external providers and authorities
• Actively works to enhance existing and creating new processes to improve our work at the HR department
Qualifications and experience:
• Degree in HR
• Training and experience in payroll administration
• Good knowledge of HR, payroll, pensions and insurance administration & labour law
• Meticulous, analytical, service and results oriented
• International experience and formal HR training is meriting
• Fluent in written and spoken Swedish and English (group language)
Under the Airport Security Act we conduct background record checks on all employees.
Working Hours: Full time
