HR-Administrator
About the position:
We are now looking for a HR-administrator to join our office in Växjö. This position will play an integral role in supporting our payroll, on-boarding, record keeping, retention and recruiting functions.
It is an advantage if you are interested in working in an international environment.
Your responsibilities:
• Provide general day-to-day HR support and other administration across the Play'n GO Group, all in compliance with statutory obligations and best practice
• Assisting the HR Team and Management with general HR matters
• Managing the payroll system -Fulfillment of additional duties as required.
Skills required:
• You have at least 2 years of experience in the HR field -Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge in employment law and legislation.
• Experience in salary systems (previous experience in our current salary system Visma Lön is an advantage) -Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
Other
• It is an advantage if you have knowledge in Sharepoint.
• It is an advantage if you have prior knowledge of the online. gaming business and experience of working in a company with high security aspects.
