We are currently looking for a number of helpdesk technicians for a long-term assignment within an international technology company in Stockholm. We are looking for candidates fluent in one of the
Nordic languages (written and spoken) and have knowledge in at least one of the others, such as Swedish, Finnish or Danish (spoken), who wish to work in Stockholm and is interested of technical
problem solving.
Assignment
Your main responsibility as a helpdesk technician will be to provide support and back up to end users of our clients IT platform. Your duties will mainly involve supporting MS Office and MS Windows
programs. Experts within different areas are available and can be consulted when more complex questions arise.
The position will be full time or part time with great opportunity to work in a challenging environment.
This position is part of our staffing and recruitment operation, which means that you will be employed by tng and work as a consultant for our client.
Requirements
We are searching for you who speak and write Swedish, Danish or Finish fluently, and have knowledge in at least one of the other Scandinavian languages. English is the standard language at the company
and you must be able to use it in writing. You are an experienced user of Windows and MS Office and broad knowledge and interest within the IT area. Furthermore, you should be service minded and
responsible with a good structural ability. Previous experience of telephone support is not a prerequisite but a good merit.
