We are a small but growing team and are now looking for an awesome UX designer to join! Someone who is passionate about working with people to turn insights and ideas into seamless experiences, and is excited to roll up their sleeves and join a fast-moving environment.
As a UI / UX Designer, You will be part of our growing Team together with our developers and product managers. You will mainly focus on leading the design process. Your mission will be to make the feedback management experience as smooth and as simple as possible. You will focus on developing the service in our platform through developing new features. You will be an influential player in a small team, and you will have a big impact on how Netigate service is experienced by our users.
What you'll do
• Ensure a holistic approach to UI/UX in the whole platform
• Conduct usability studies
• Proactively reach out to customers and internal proxy-users for feedback
• Create wireframes and high-fidelity prototypes
• Test and iterate on designs
• Develop personas, user stories, and user journey maps
You will play an integral part in gathering insights about the needs and behaviors of people who use our product to apply these insights in design.
The role entails working closely with a Product Owner and a cross-functional Dev team, as well as other stakeholders with customer-facing roles. Together you will ensure Netigate is usable, enjoyable, and accessible for the end-users while delivering great value to all our customers.
About you:
• You have 5+ years of experience as a full-time UX Designer. Experience with SaaS platforms is a bonus
• You are versatile and passionate about taking on new problems to push technology forward
• You are comfortable wearing many hats and get excited about working across discipline lines
• You care deeply about the people who use our product
• You enjoy working in a challenging, fast-paced environment, helping to bridge UX best practices and production execution
• You manage your own time and work well both independently and as part of a team
• You are a real doer and a visionary
• You are fluent in one of the following languages Swedish, Norwegian or German.
