Novartis Sweden is creating a Shared Country Procurement Organisation for the Nordics.

The Head of the Shared Country Procurement Organisation (Head of SCPO) is responsible for the SCPO organisation in the Cluster Nordics ( Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland). He / She is accountable for ensuring delivery of proactive, reactive and transactional procurement activity across the in-scope categories, where applicable. Facilitation of local stakeholder input to both global and local Procurement activity is essential, as well as issue management and resolution for divisional customers.

Edcuation:
Bachelor's degree required at a minimum, Master's degree preferred; in fields such as business administration, finance, law or a scientific or technical field. Strong preference for CIPS or similar professional qualification.

Extensive experience in:
• category and demand management,
• Process, systems & compliance management,
• legal & contracting
• change management
• negotiation

Experience from working in Procurement within the Novartis group of companies is preffered.

We are looking for a person whith advanced leadership competencies and who can influence and engage people and build productive relationships. You need to have a very strong strategic and commercial thinking, a good planner and problemsolver.
