Managing all Sales Activities in the Swedish market of professional Laundry Achieving the sales target and creating profitable growth for Electrolux. Managing all Sales- and Commercial activities.
The position will be placed in Ljungby or Stockholm.
# Creating selling tenders to get the required profitable business
# Coaching and developing sales team members individually
# Participating in the budget process by setting up a detailed sales budget (per customer, district, product) and related cost budget (headcount, selling and administrative costs)
# Maintaining and expanding a good network with customers at various levels
# Create and update business developments plans with continuous monitoring of Sales effectiveness
# Sending in tenders and getting deals to get the required profitable sales
# Maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction
# Analyzing competitors, demands from customers and market developments and coming up with strategies to get a winning position
# Coaching and developing sale team members individually
Result Areas
# Sales turnover and EBIT
# Delivering the budget results once approved
# Analyzing and reporting on results
# Leading and motivating the sales organization. This will include performance review, recruitment, education and development
Educational requirements
• MBA or Higher academic degree in suitable vocational branch is a prerequisite
• Fluent spoken and written in Swedish, English
• Knowledge of CRM system effective sales tool
• IT Literate
Work experience
• Minimal 5 years sales experience in management position
• Excellent knowledge of the Professional B2B market
• Excellent understanding of the decision making process from customer point of view
• Knowledge in sales to both public and private sector
• Excellent understanding of the sales process
• Solid understanding of the decision making process at customers
• Outstanding interpersonal skills
