For Transmission Manufacturing, DX, as Leading work shop and with Design for Machining focus on strategic parts for Scania Transmissions, global quality means to lead the way how to secure the same quality, to all customers regardless production site. Therefore cross functional work, not only within Scania, but also with Traton, MAN, Navistar and external suppliers is your daily arena as Head of Quality Scania Transmission Manufacturing.

Work description
You will together with your organization, measuring and quality engineering, support DX with structure, methods, analysis, measuring, competence and supplier ownership, to secure a successful global quality road map. Since you are a member of the DX management team you have big influential possibilities.

To be successful you need to have full control over your deliveries, understand the needs within DX and Traton and know where to step in. You need to work with DX, customers and suppliers regarding expectations and follow up.

Your Profile

• You like to lead a support organisation and you have an ability to see where the support is needed.
• You are comfortable in the international arena and your communicational skills are excellent.
• You have the ability to analyse complex situations and create simple solutions.
• You have several years of managerial experience, within production and engineering.
• You are skilled and experienced in problem solving methods.
• You are a Team player with a holistic view and a passion to contribute in cross-functional work.
