About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Group Strategy & Transformation who will play a crucial role in leading the development and execution of the company's transformation strategy. This role serves as a key strategic advisor to the executive leadership, providing insights, data-driven recommendations, and thought leadership that influence long-term planning and high-level decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's transformation strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives and sustainable growth.
• Serve as a key strategic advisor to the executive leadership, providing forward-looking insights, data-driven recommendations, and thought leadership that influence long-term planning and high-level decision-making.
• Collaborate closely with regional and operational management, providing guidance and strategic input to ensure business plans are effectively translated into actionable initiatives at all levels of the organization.
• Lead high-impact projects aimed at reshaping the company's business model, improving operational efficiency, and optimizing the financial structure to enable adaptability in an evolving market landscape.
• Foster a strong partnership between corporate leadership and regional teams, ensuring alignment on strategic priorities and helping regional leaders navigate operational challenges and opportunities.
• Support organizational restructuring and process improvements to enhance agility and competitiveness in response to market disruptions, industry trends, and internal efficiencies.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration across departments to ensure that transformative initiatives deliver tangible value and measurable outcomes that align with the company's strategic goals.
• Identify and leverage growth opportunities, new business models, and innovative solutions to enhance business performance and support the company's long-term vision.
• Lead change management efforts, ensuring smooth transitions and strong stakeholder engagement through consistent communication and proactive management of resistance to change.
• Support the CFO in the efficient functioning of the CFO Office and coordination with the Executive Management Team.

Requirements:

• 15+ years of work experience including significant experience in the video game industry, board game industry, or similar fields consumer or entertainment fields.
• Experience working for an international corporation and managing multiple international languages. Experience working in one or more foreign countries is an advantage.
• Combined experience from both large listed companies as well as smaller entrepreneur-led organization is strongly desired.
• Proven track record of leading transformation initiatives and managing M&A activities, capital markets transactions or similar complex strategic projects.
• Deep understanding of the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, financial integration, and post-acquisition follow-up.
• Strong skills in managing complex, cross-functional transformation projects with a clear focus on outcomes and efficiency.
• Solid knowledge of financial reporting, valuation, and transaction-related accounting issues. Internationally recognized professional accreditation such as Chartered Accountant, CPA or CFA is a strong advantage.
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement in business processes and propose strategic solutions.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to work effectively with senior leadership, operational teams, and external advisors.
• Proven experience working in both senior Group level roles as well as local operational roles is essential.
• Ability to navigate a dynamic business environment, handling changing priorities and expectations while maintaining high performance.
• Given the international nature of the role, native level fluency in English is required with additional European languages being an advantage.

Other: This role requires active collaboration across multiple teams, including close work with the CFO Office, operational finance teams, regional managers, senior leadership, and cross-functional departments. The role also involves partnering with external financial advisors, auditors, and other relevant consultants as needed during M&A and transformation projects.

Location: Full-time from Stockholm or Karlstad
