hela Sverige iDeal of Sweden is on the lookout for a Head of E-commerce to help oversee strategy, product roadmaps, and business outcomes for teams responsible for our global e-commerce websites and supporting systems. In this role, you'll create a world-class e-commerce engine that drives global growth at a very fast pace. Working closely with department heads, our in-house engineering team, external partners, and other stakeholders, you'll set targets and conduct analyses to prioritize features that improve those metrics.
5 years of experience in business development preferably with an architectural and/or engineering background is a requirement. You also need to be an entrepreneurial spirited person who can identify, develop and win new business to achieve target business plans for sales and profit.
You will be a core part of the expansion team and manage projects independently. You will work closely with the marketing team and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will gain exceptional insights into our business by driving projects from idea all the way to implementation. This requires a positive and proactive attitude as we set out to do what others believe impossible.
Your typical day includes:
• Meeting with stakeholders to create a roadmap for iDeal of Sweden's E-commerce websites that enables our online growth ambitions
• Identifying top-priority metrics and targets for the team to impact.
• Expansions and growth in new markets. Project owner for rolling out new ecom markets globally.
• Create and communicate roadmaps based on iDeal of Sweden's business objectives and metrics
• Improving on our newly updated (Front-end) platform with the teams that will enable its growth
• Delivering customer value: Making sure our customer can find and buy what he/she is looking for in the best possible way in terms of service and quality.
• Optimizing our back-office system configurations and integrations to operate seamlessly and deliver best possible customer value in terms of order lead times and service.
• Evaluating and overseeing implementation of new tools and services that can help iDeal Of Sweden grow even faster.
• Empowering your team and cross-collaborate with other teams across the company to unlock their full potential (e.g. clarifying user stories, attend daily scrum meetings, discuss dependencies, coach the team)
• Ensuring that stakeholders stay informed about relevant progress and decisions regarding each product
• Responsible for mapping the business against technology in the best suitable way.
• Investigating new technologies and solutions that can take us to the next level.
• Drive the ecom team's works with visual merchandising and product enrichment.
• Ensure that the ecom team delivers on schedule in regards to the sites' content, campaigns and other commercial initiatives that are coordinated centrally within the organization.
This job might be for you if you are:
• Backed by 5 years of experience developing, defining, and growing e-commerce and the systems supporting it.
• Able to set priorities based on data and able to break down complex things into actionable initiatives.
• A naturally curious person who dives deep into any available information to better understand the task at hand
• A well-rounded communicator, collaborator, and presenter who loves to share findings and actionable insights
• Able to make tough decisions when called for
• Passionate about creating and delivering exceptional products
• Comfortable being both a team player and a leader while contributing on a variety of projects
• Experienced in at least one full-cycle implementation of an ERP-system like Microsoft Navision, an e-commerce system like Centra and an CMS-platform like Wordpress.
• Experience leading, inspiring and coaching team members.
• Experience in organizing and coordinating various external service providers and vendors towards a set-out deadline or goal, such as the ability for all systems to handle a certain load during peak sales periods.
• A valid work EU work permit

• Having a clear vision for iDeal of Sweden's E-commerce website and a roadmap that translates this vision into actionable epics and user stories
• Your ability in working on international expansion, go-to-market strategy or similar type of work
• You thrive in project management types of roles and are a natural at getting cross-functional teams working well together
• You love fast-paced environments, troubleshooting issues in real-time and overseeing multiple projects simultaneously
• Your commercial and analytical mindset is paired with strong bias to action
• You have clear and structured communication skills and your decisions are always supported by data

Ability to work independently, effective leadership skills with the ability to positively interact with professionals, technical staff, and administrative staff is essential.
