About the role
In your role as Head of Business Development -Consumer & e-commerce it is your responsibility to grow Diracs B2B2C and D2C business. This is done by evolvement of existing partnerships and continuous identification of new revenue streams and business opportunities.The role includes close collaboration with world leading manufacturers of HI-FI speakers (B2B) to grow B2B2C business, both in online- as well as traditional retail distributor channels. The Head of Business Development - Consumer & e-commerce is also the owner of the Dirac Online Store.

The Head of Business Development - Consumer & e-commerce collaborates foremost with the Head of Business Development, Home & Pro, Marketing, Support and Product Management.

• You own the sales figure on Home and Studio B2B2C & D2C
• You are the initiator and project manager of the new online store project
• Owns OEM B2B2C online- and Brick & Mortar sales
• In collaboration with Home & Pro Bus-Dev & Marketing, define collaboration campaigns with OEM 's
• Develop marketing plans & tactics together with Marketing Manager
• Initiate programs with focus on improved overall customer engagement experience
• Account Management of existing and new external marketing/sales partners in local consumer markets to accelerate business growth
• Contributes to consumer insight management in consolodating analyzing consumer usage data
• Provides product feedback to Product Management

Your background
To become successful in this role we believe that you have +5 years of experience from leading roles in consumer sales at a technical/software environment with a multi-channel sales strategy. You are an analytical and creative business developer who is skilled in identifying innovative revenue streams through new partnerships and businesses. Moreover, you are tech savy and have a good understanding of the endless possibilities within online-sales.

• 5+ year experience of consumer business & online sales - preferable software solutions
• Channel-based sales experience, managing external partners
• Have lead transformation from opportunity-driven sales to structured sales
• Have formulated a business development/sales strategy for consumer business and a tactical plan to facilitate effective implementation
• Experience working both independently and, in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Experience with fast growth and rapidly changing organizations with a track record of actively implementing positive change
• Meritorious if you have good understanding of international AVR/HiFi-consumer market
• Bachelor's Degree in relevant tech- or business-related field
• Fluent in English
