We are looking to hire a few selected candidates for our international graduate program created to develop future leaders for Global Expansion and Global Sales & Operations. If you have the drive and ambition to build H&M globally, this is the opportunity for you!
THE PROGRAM
Working across functions within Global Expansion (Leasing) and Global Sales & Operations (Merchandising, Controlling), you'll gain exposure to key areas of our business and establish a network of colleagues around the world. The program starts in September 2019 and runs for 12 months. The first two months you will be based in the headquarters in Stockholm and the rest of the year you will be abroad in 1-2 of our markets rotating between two different functions. After the program you will receive a final placement within one of the functions around the world.

From the Head Office in Stockholm H&M run three different trainee programs with the purpose of finding talents and future leaders for different parts of our fast expanding organization both in Sweden and around the world. All three programs offer you a unique, broad introduction to H&M and deep knowledge about different areas and departments within our company.
