Dina arbetsuppgifter
You will be one of our experts in technical support for Warehouse and Counterbalance trucks and will work with the after market organisation within our subsidiaries and our distributors. One of the main responsibilities will be to handle questions related to customer relationship management, our product range and service concept. You will also be a Trainer for UC Academy, our training centre located in Denmark. This will involve educating internal and external stakeholders on the UniCarriers product range and the technical support we provide. Reporting to Head of Product Support, you will be part of an international team which is responsible for technical support, warranty, training and quality management. Provide service by giving technical support to UniCarriers Subsidaries and International Distributors
Analyze customer complaints as well as initiate and drive improvement plans in collaboration with other internal stakeholders
Assess and secure warranty claimsDevelop and execute Technical Service Training (Train the Trainers).

Qualifications
Technical education in electronics, hydraulics and or mechanical engineering. Fluent in English, both spoken and written. Good IT skills; Microsoft Office, primarily Excel and PowerPoint.

Personal Qualities
This job requires strong analytical and technical abilities and demands fast, but carefully thought-out results. Strong leadership and control of the work process from beginning to end is necessary. The job centers around developing new ideas, systems and technology, and also analyzing and improving on old ones. A high level of expertise is expected and the ability to spot and correct errors. Work must be done right and quickly, while always focusing on accomplishing the goal and demanding the highest quality work from co-workers and stakeholders. The broad scope of the job demands a factual, direct style of communication. Decision-making, though swift, is very calculated and singular, with little reliance on consensus or collaborating opinions.

You will thrive if you like fast-paced environment where you lead and controll multiple projects simultaneously. Quality work requires an analytical and technical orientation rather than a social orientation - cooperation is necessary, but focus is at work. You will be able to implement and work with high standards and focus solely on high quality. Structured, organized and efficient work is expected and you can expect the same from others.
