We are introducing a new position with a key role of leading our Project Management and BID group, delivering positive project results and helping our sales team in winning orders.

Responsibilities:As Group Manager for PM & BID you will be responsible for all necessary activities, which will assure that our projects are managed at world class level and deliver positive results. Among other activities you will be responsible for:* Lead and motivate a team of Project Managers and BID engineers* Develop and implement improvement plans* Mentoring and support the PMs through direct engagement in complicated negotiations with the customers* Support the BID team through direct engagement in complex quotations and evaluation of the legal terms in the offers.* Follow up and take actions on the project portfolio quality, time schedules and cost* Performance development dialogues and prepare development plans for the employees.* Routine department administration Qualifications:You hold a degree in Engineering at university level and have minimum 10 years' experience. Further you have minimum 8 years' relevant experience as project/contract manager and minimum 2 years' experience as line manager. Experience from projects from the Oil & Gas Industry is an advantage. You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure. You have excellent communication skills and work effectively with different cultures. You are customer focused, have a good understanding of engineering projects, like to work with demanding contracts and are a good negotiator.Practicalities:The position requires approximately 20-40 travelling days per year and is based in Tumba, Sweden.For further information please contact:Ole O.
