About the role
As Manager for the Charging System and Traction Voltage Supply System, your focus will be to develop world class systems within your area of responsibility for our electric vehicles. This is done in close cooperation with colleagues within the electromobility team. You will also need to network with stakeholders within the Volvo community and with external body-builders. Requirements:
• M.Sc. degree in Computer science, Electrical & Electronics, Mechatronics engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Physics.
• At least 10 years of experience in product development, preferably within electromobility and/or automotive.
• Leadership experience
• Fluent in English, verbal and written.
Meriting:
• Commercial driving license (C/CE for heavy-duty trucks or D for bus).
• Experience in working with Sustainability.
Documented experience from a minimum of two of:
• System design engineering incl experience of requirement break-down
• Component design, development, and industrialization processes in Volvo GTT
• Technical knowledge in Electromobility products, systems, and components
• Charging infrastructure and/or EVSE
• PTO:s and/or body-builders.
