Position Description
Our group responsibility covers projects, maintenance and advanced engineering. We are about 9 engineers responsible for development of Interior front architecture, drivers place, exterior front & rear architecture, studio engineering, body components like wiper system, mirrors, lights, bumpers, windscreen, side driver window, rear window etc and Ergonomics & HMI.
We work in close cooperation with Group Trucks Technology design studio and some important challenges for us are to strengthen and increase the teamwork within and outside the organization and securing a global way of working, perhaps are you the one?
You are a coaching leader with a passion for developing people, operations and products and you have an ability to recruit and develop effective teams were people take pride in being responsible for their complete deliveries and create a knowledge growing organization.
Main tasks
Deliver start cost, maintenance and advanced engineering projects according to quality, delivery, cost and feature targets
Define, agree, communicate and execute strategies and targets for the group
Prioritize and direction setting for short and long term activities
Ensuring that laws and labor agreements are fulfilled
Approve technical documentation for the teams technical area
Create an organization where we actively work to understand customer needs and usage and take responsibility for the full delivery
In this position you will also be part of the Chassis & Driveline Development management team, and report to Chassis & Driveline Development Department manager.

Profile
Experience from automotive development
University/Master's degree in engineering or equivalent
Experience from leader positions is an advantage
Holistic view and ability to work cross functionally and build strong relations
Drive to improve our way of working, with strong implementation skills
Strong leadership and communication skills
High integrity, trust and ability to follow trough
Motivated by development of people, operations and product and taking advantage of the full diversity of the team
Fluent in English spoken and written
