The main responsibility in the role is to ensure efficient salary administration and other related administrative processes for the Personnel and Reception Department.
In addition to your role in Sectra's Personnel Department, you will also serve as Group Manager and Salary Administrator for the Personnel and Reception Department at Sectra AB.

As Group Manager and Salary Administrator at Sectra, your main responsibilities will be:

Overall responsibility for administering salaries, pensions, personnel-related insurance, benefits, personnel-related administrative systems, work evaluations, and personnel and salary statistics. Within these areas, you are responsible for the management and development of the department in accordance with the company's overall vision, goals and strategies.
Managerial responsibility for one colleague in the Personnel Department and two colleagues in the Reception Department. You will report directly to the Group CFO.
Both hands-on, routine activities involved in salary-related administration and more long-term strategic management in the Personnel and Reception Department.
Providing administrative support for managers and colleagues, being the company's representative in relation to external suppliers, and serving as the contact person for various authorities and government agencies.
Managing personnel-related administrative systems and ensuring that our agreements within your area of responsibility are complied with and administered in a secure and efficient manner.

For this position, the following requirements apply:

Post-secondary education with good grades.
Fluency in English and Swedish.
Experience from salary administration, preferably within our field of work.
Experience in some form of leadership role, within work, student organizations or leisure activities.
Experience of working in Microsoft Office.



Assets

In addition, we consider it an asset if you also have:
• Previous experience in a managerial role within a personnel/salary department.
• Previous experience from different software systems within salary administration or accounting.
• Fluency in other languages than those mentioned above (please tell us which languages).
• A background in, or experience from, a country other than Sweden.
