hela Sverige SSC Satellite Management Services is accepting applications for an immediate opportunity as a Ground Station and Satellite Controller at our Mission Control Center located 50 km outside of Kiruna, Sweden.
As a satellite and ground station controller you will be responsible for all technical/operational functions including; health monitoring; performance analysis; and anomaly resolution, SSC is a 24/7 service provider; this is a rotating shift position.
This position requires the following qualifications: an Electronics, Physics or Space Sciences Technical degree and/or operational experience in satellite and/or ground network operations. Other equivalent experience and qualifications may also be considered.
Qualified candidates should possess strong analytical and communication skills in order to provide a foundation for success in this position. In addition, applicants should be exceptionally self-motivated and work well in a highly regulated environment.
SSC is a globally diverse organization offering an international work environment which requires fluent English (written and spoken). A valid driver's license is also required.
