Epiroc IT develops, operates, monitors and maintains a wide range of information technology solutions and services to enable Epiroc's growth and profitability. The function operates on a global level to ensure that the organization has the tools needed to be successful.

In this position you are a member of the support team for the Epiroc external websites (www.epiroc.com, www.epiroc.se etc.). The team provides support and advice to internal customers in regards to digital communication topics, especially Adobe products-based websites. Support is given via a central helpdesk solution covering the entire world. Approximately 200 tickets are received every month in a wide scope or difficulty, from simple pictures upload to new websites creation, for the currently 110 websites handled by the solution.

Our close cooperation with suppliers in different parts of the world also adds to make out work interesting.

The team will grow during the coming years and you will reporting to the Application Manager IT, External Web.

Job description

As Global Support Specialist, you will support internal users of the Epiroc Group website, and all local country external websites in more than 150 countries. Furthermore, you will support members of the web team in the daily operational activities.

The role also includes safeguarding the daily operations in process-related applications, for example Adobe Experience Cloud (AEM), SDL Translation Management system, ticketing system, JIRA to name a few. These tools and other things you will learn once you start.

You will ensure that requests are always handled with respect to the users need and in a timely manner. You will also get the chance to support setting up new websites and test new functionalities.

Experience requirements

We see that you have 1+ year experience of working in the digital area or in customer service. You have a strong affinity towards the web as well as a real interest in digital related topics. Interest and background in the technical aspects of web technologies is a plus.

You well organized and think it is fun to help, follow-up and deliver a good solution to the support object.

English is our corporate language so fluency in English, both written and oral is a prerequisite for this role. A university degree is an advantage.

You are a team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You are committed and collaborative, and motivated by challenges. This being a support role, we see that you are service minded and pedagogical to be able to provide our users with the best possible support.
