We are now looking for a Supply Chain manager to build and monitor a global, regional or local plan over specified time periods and specified planning points that represent a projected appropriation of supply chain resources to meet actual and forecasted supply chain demands. The plan, also including feedback and consequences, should enable the dimensioning of production and supply chain to fulfill targets of lead time, delivery precision, cost and capital targets. The supply plan on a regional level serves as input for the regions when allocating customers ' demand.
You will
Create and communicate supply chain plans
Dimension buffer levels
Provide capability and capacity analysis
Capacity dimension and manage the TDM process
Measure and improve in the plan process
Manage risk management
Collect and summarize working capital requirements
Coordinate inventory control methods
Build and communicate supply chain plans
Have global Material Coordination
Risk management and scenario planning
Create an effective partnership with markets and factories
Develop planning principles and methodology
Operate collaborative planning and dimension in supply chain
To be successful in the role you have:
University degree in Engineering / Business or equivalent working experience
Demonstrated competence in supply planning area
Relevant expertise from supply, logistics and/or production
Supply Chain and Supply Process Knowledge
Excellent data analytical capabilities
Outstanding communication skills
Experience from logistics and/or production
Curiosity about continues improvements within the value chain and our ongoing development projects
Confidence and ability to work independently, but with a lot of interactions
Competence to influence across organizations, leading change, originating ideas, gaining dedication
A proactive leadership style in which you can influence a wide range of partners
Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
