hela Sverige The Global Services Technical Instructor will have responsibility for delivering Training. Supporting the design, and development of technical training courses that meet the needs of the field based technical teams is also critical to the role. The successful candidate will be expected to act as a role model and active promoter of GE Healthcare's Quality Management System and drive for high standards in EHS.
Essential Responsibilities:
• Plan, prepare and run training courses at our global training centres
• Run training courses using good Instructional Skills techniques, including but not limited to:
• Delivering learning solutions in a manner that is both engaging and effective
• Managing the classroom environment to foster a positive learning experience
• Create a learning environment that encourages student involvement and participation
• Continue to develop new training techniques, delivery styles and platforms
• Engage with Instructional Design team to help with development/review of training material
• Perform OJT (On the Job Training) and JQS (Job Quality Standards) appraisals when necessary
• Stay informed and current with changes and innovations in their area of technical expertise
• Collaborate in a team environment to drive a learning continuum culture
• Build Performance Support Tool solutions for internal and external use
• Engage and provide training input into new product introductions
• Support eLearning initiatives as subject matter expert
Qualifications/Requirements:
• Have experience and expertise in the below areas
• IT networking and UNICORN software
• cGMP regulated environment
• GDP procedures
• Qualification (IQ/OQ, CCP etc.)
• Working in cleanroom environments
• Positive individual who creates an excellent learning environment where engagement is the standard
• Willing to develop in the area of Instructional skills and implement new techniques
• Team player, with a positive attitude and a passion for creativity
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to create varied learning styles for all students
• Working knowledge of PC and Microsoft Office software applications
Desired Characteristics:
• Experience with adult education principles, training design and delivery techniques
• Experience in the installation and service and qualification of one or more of the below product groups
• Chromatography equipment, laboratory to production scale
• Filtration equipment, laboratory to production scale
• Bioreactors, laboratory to production scale
• Cell Therapy equipment
• Imaging systems
• Biacore systems
• Experience of automation systems such as DeltaV, Wonderware etc.
• Demonstrated commitment to customer quality and customer satisfaction in and outside of the classroom
• Excellent written and presentation skills, with experience in innovative course delivery
• Strong technical writing skills and attention to detail
• Outstanding communication skills and ability to work with teams in a fast-paced environment
• Certified Technical Trainer
