Presentation
For AstraZeneca we are now looking for a global publications coordinator for a consultant assignment starting in July. The assignment will be for one year with possibilities for extension.

Publiceringsdatum2014-04-25Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a publications coordinator you will be working with:
• inputting data
• routing the publication to appropriate individuals
• learn more of the publication policy and standard
• assist with the compliance components
• coordinate review and sign off process for publications in publication management
• data entry
• routing publications for review
• working with internal authors to support publication tasks
• report generation from publication management tool
• interacting and communicating with all levels of employees
Utbildning/erfarenhet
You have a Bachelor's degree (science/health/communications field preferred) or equivalent work experience. Additionally you have 2+ years of experience working autonomously in a demanding office environment, proficiency working with database systems (Datavision experience helpful) and with cross-functional teams. Experience in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential. Relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry/communications experience is preferred as well as familiarity with/working knowledge of the drug development process and scientific/medical terminology, scientific publication process, and principles of Good Publication Practices/ICMJE guidelines is prefered. Good written and spoken English and good communication and interpersonal skills is required as well as high degree of skill in analyzing and processing information, time management, organization, data entry, maintaining confidentiality, attention to detail and follow-up. Ability to work with limited supervision and to follow processes is crucial.
