Dentsply Sirona Implants is currently looking to strengthen their organization with a Global Marketing Manager - Regenerative Solutions. The position is located at our site in Mölndal or Mannheim, and you will report directly to the Senior Manager Marketing Communication in Market Development.
DESCRIPTION
As Global Marketing Manager you will hold a global marketing role within Dentsply Sirona Implants Regenerative Solutions. The Global Marketing Communication department has overall responsibility for definition and development of product marketing and launch/go-to-market strategy, campaign cycle and marketing budget. Frequent travels are required to build and maintain relations in a global company like Dentsply Sirona Implants.
A selection of activities and accountabilities in the position:
• Develop and implement clear positioning and communication strategy as well as a global brand strategy and define annual marketing plans and projects for the Regenerative Solutions.
• Execute launch planning and communication of products and concepts, branding strategy, brand media plans with the Regenerative Platform as defined.
• Develop product promotion material that needs marketing and communication knowledge; on-line communication, exhibition, sales brochures etc.
• Align and coordinate marketing, advertising and promotional activities together with Product Management and Global Platform Regenerative
• Manage input into Social media, E-learning, Web E-commerce, Animations/Film, Customer Magazine, News (online & offline)
• Responsibility towards Global Congresses, Exhibitions & Events, PR on Product/Brand communication
• Preparation of business plans for new product projects/launches.
• Interaction with Sales and Global Commercial Teams suggesting strategies for the brands
QUALIFICATIONS
For this interesting role in a truly global business characterized by extensive growth, we look for qualified candidates with a relevant background. The position requires a degree in business administration with a focus on marketing communication or equivalent professional background. We assume that you have a minimum of 3 year's professional experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies in the healthcare sector and medical devices, including sales experience in the field. Personal characteristics are analytical skills and attention to detail, capability to prioritize and make decisions and ability handle complex issues in a proactive manner. We believe that you are a good communicator, in both Swedish or German and English, and have a positive attitude toward challenges. It is an advantage if you have strong focus and drive to achieve goals and targets.
