As a part of its expansion plan, our client is looking for a Global Head of Sales that will be based in the Stockholm Head Office. The Global Head of Sales will have full ownership of managing the small international Sales Team of around 6/7.

For this role our client is seeking an individual with a track record of successfully managing a sales team, closing key international accounts, and effectively developing and executing sales strategies. As the Sales Team currently is small in size, it is expected that the Global Head of Sales takes a hands on approach and also actively engages in activities that generates business. Ability to motivate and coach the existing sales team is important, as well as putting the necessary structure in place to be able to understand and monitor progress.

The Global Head of Sales will report to the CEO situated in Stockholm Sweden. He or she will be responsible for the B2B sales budget and be part of the overall management team.

Key accountabilities:

• Develop the sales strategy for the company's solutions
• Create and maintain a robust sales pipeline
• Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts
• Attract, hire, develop and retain top sales talent
• Exceed sales goals of the business
• Manage training and sales incentive programs

Experience & background:
• Proven career in online sales and established at managing
a team of 5+
• At least 5 years experience in enterprise software sales
positions, with 2+ years in a team-lead / management
position
• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in working with engineering and product teams
to define a product and bring it to market
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and an
ability to influence others internally and externally
• International working experience with excellent language
skills. Swedish is not mandatory as the corporate language
is English
