We are looking for a highly experienced and consumer-focused insight and marketing capability professional who wants to be part of this exciting change journey at Electrolux. You will be part of Global Marketing, reports to the VP of Marketing Effectiveness & Insights and be based in Electrolux global headquarters in Stockholm, Sweden.

A typical day at work

• Lead and shape the long-term strategies for consumer and shopper insights & capabilities for Electrolux globally
• Own and uncover insights along our consumer experience journey
• Provide thought leadership and act as an advisor to our Chief Marketing Officer and the Global Marketing Team, bringing the voice of the consumer to the centre of the discussions
• Manage strategic Global insight growth projects - Big bets
• Synthesize multiple sources and provide a consumer perspective, represent the voice of the consumer
• Identify and deploy trends impacting Electrolux and our consumers
• Lead and develop best practice insight tools and methods
• Elevate consumer, shopper and ownership focus in Electrolux
• Manage remote expert communities in consumer, shopper and ownership
• Act as a business partner to marketing/sales/ownership
• Support the heads of Marketing and the heads of Marketing Effectiveness & Insights in sectors (regions) to identify and frame business opportunities, provide guidance on how to drive business
• Develop, mentor and grow region/sector teams skills in their journey towards fact-based and better-informed decision making across the full consumer journey and within channels and vehicles
• Define our capability and learning agenda
• Develop guidelines and frameworks, common tools and methods, turn into capability building tools and interventions
• Work closely with stakeholders globally to together with them build success in their regions/sectors
• Support the building and management of the MEI community
• Orchestrate a learning roadmap; drive pilots and cross-regional learning and take initiative to test & learn and experiments
• Support and facilitate scaling and fast adapt, through continuous sharing and communication
• Build a name for Electrolux within the Insight and Marketing Effectiveness & Analytics community

Experience

• Minimum 10 years of proven successful track record in building and implementing in a consumer-centric environment
• Demonstrated insight leadership experience
• Extensive project management and team leader experience
• Experience in generating behaviour changing insight & identifying effective levels of engagement
• Experience of working in a fast-paced international environment and navigating ambiguity
