We are opening a new position in our Key Components Unit for a driven and motivated candidate.
As a unit, we have the responsibility to develop, market and manufacture a competitive product portfolio, including services, and to manage our products throughout their life cycle.
In this newly created position as Global Channel Manager, your primary objective will be to build and implement our channel sales strategy making a significant contribution to a profitable growth.
Key relationships for this position are the Cluster teams and the market company sales organizations as well as peers in the Key Components team. You will also interact frequently with our Global Alliance partner, Alfa Laval.
Location: Depending on the location of the successful candidate.
Travel in this position is estimated to be approximately 30% of the time.
Main responsibilities
• Deploy the Tetra Pak channel management process for Processing Systems
• Form a global channel management network and encourage sharing of experiences between clusters
• Agree objectives and targets with the clusters for sales to channels
• Follow up performance and agree actions for deviations
• Continuous improvement of the global process
Qualifications
• University Degree
• 5+ years' experience in Channel Management in an international B2B environment
• Project management experience is a merit
The successful candidate has proven experience in developing channel partnerships in a B2B environment and is very skilled in negotiating and building partnerships.
This position requires proven informal leadership skills together with excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
High drive and ability to establish and maintain positive and effective work relationships with co-workers and customers are important requirements for this position, together with a problem-solving approach to challenges.
