About the role Are you ready to join a fast-growing company at the forefront of the eMobility revolution? Our client is looking for a German-speaking Technical Support Specialist to join their support team on a part-time basis (approx. 50%). You'll play a key role in assisting customers and partners in Germany with technical issues related to EV charging solutions. Based at the head office in Solna, you'll be part of a close-knit, international team committed to excellent service and sustainable innovation.
Your future responsibilities You'll be the first point of contact for end-users, partners, and installers in Germany, providing top-class service and technical troubleshooting. You'll support a wide range of customer needs via phone, email, and Zendesk.
Handle incoming support requests through phone, email, and ticketing system (Zendesk)
Provide technical assistance to field installers and help onboard new partners
Troubleshoot issues with EV chargers and associated systems
Contribute to improving internal processes and support documentation

We are looking for someone who To succeed in this role, you should have a solid service mindset, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in technology.
Requirements:
Fluent in German (spoken and written)
Proficient in Swedish or English
Previous experience in technical support or customer service
Education or relevant knowledge in electrical engineering or network technology or similar

You're a team player who is proactive, structured, and solution-oriented. You enjoy helping others and are eager to learn more about new technologies in the sustainability sector.
