How does one of Europe’s’ fastest growing marketplaces collaborate with their great merchants?

That’s what you’re wondering, right? And if so, let me tell you that we’ve got tons of B2B knowledge which we’re ready to transfer to our next German-speaking Merchant and Sales Support.

As our Merchants’ bff you’ll be working closely (as close as it gets through phone, forums, newsletter and emails) with our German merchants and you’ll truly be their most important Fyndiq-person. But, not to forget, best friends sometimes needs to be firm, but fair, and that’s why it’s not a pickle for you to sometimes put your foot down (as much as you can put a foot down through phone, email, newsletters and forums). And I’m guessing you’ve gathered the foot-putting-know-how through previous experience from working with service and administration.

To be a merchant bff @ Fyndiq

All the way from the get-go you’ll ease the lives of the merchants’ who are connected to our product; the e-commerce platform. If they’ve got issues, you’ll pop them a solution. If they’ve got questions concerning e.g. agreements, the platform or payments, you’ll find helpful answers. As a merchants’ bff at Fyndiq delivering those small moments of unexpected great service is what motivates you and fellow merchant support Fyndians.

Since we’re not great (yet) at speaking German, we need you to be kick-ass cool when it comes to Deutsch, but as we have over 10 nationalities in the office it would be great if your English was epic too. Fyndiq, delivering small moments of joy

Back in August 2010, Fyndiq opened its virtual doors and entered the Swedish commerce market. From the get go the plan was for the startup tech company to take over the bargain world and provide bargain hunters across the country with small moments of joy. Joy? Yes, joy! The joy takes place when great merchants are connected with bargain hungry shoppers who are seeking great products to even greater prices through a platform, what some refer to as a marketplace. And now, in 2015, after closing an investment round of 150 MSEK Fyndiq is crossing borders and launching in…. fantastische Deutschland!
