Do you want to work with one of Sweden's most innovative gaming companies? Are you on sale and have a strong business and customer focus? Then you are the Account Manager we are looking for at Genera Networks!
Genera Networks is a provider of game formats and game solutions licensed exclusively to state lotteries and nationally regulated operators. Our business idea is to create innovation for lotteries by developing unique, modern and entertaining gaming experiences that help our customers attract and interest new loyal players with increased digital interaction.
Responsibilities
In the role of Account Manager, you work towards a budget and towards clear goals with customers in both Sweden and Europe. You are responsible for the entire sales process and your duties include ongoing processing of new customers, follow-up of existing customers, tailor-made quotes and conducting customer meetings.
The tasks include identifying opportunities for new and existing customers as well as identifying and developing relationships with decision makers at existing customers. In this role you will have direct communication with customers regarding schedule, needs, wishes and requirements. You will handle negotiations with key accounts and prepare commercial documents for customers. You are expected to collaborate and coordinate with other departments and colleagues internally to provide tailor made and attractive offers to customers. You are expected to sell Genera Networks products and offers to get new business from key customers both in Sweden and internationally (mainly Norway and Germany).
Personal profile
We are looking for you who are responsible and have a professional appearance. We would like to see you have the ability to touch unobtrusively in smaller companies as well as in management teams at larger companies. It is a requirement that you have worked with complex B2B sales with several technical aspects for at least three years, focusing on business systems, financial systems, logistics systems or the like. It is an advantage if you come from the concept sales page eg TV format. It is highly appreciated if have experience from the gaming industry.
Congratulations if you have experience from IT / software sales previously. As a person, you are a social and driven relationship builder with a positive attitude and have the ability to gain confidence. You have a sense of business and a good ability to drive your sales forward by your own power and initiative. You will also be pleased to present and guide the customer in an educational way.
You speak fluent Business English, as if it were your native language. If English is your native language, this is highly meritorious. It is also a pleasure if you speak a little more European language, such as German or French. You do not need to be able to speak Swedish.
