Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Programme within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2020 at our site in Lund. You will onboard an individual designed development programme for 2 years connected to your specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will take part of trainings and local and international job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As our new Trainee you will get to know our entire business and work with colleagues all over the world! And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

As Future Talent Logistics you will become part of Supply Chain Operations (SCO) Additional Materials that supplies Tetra Pak with all surrounding additional materials of our Packages like closures, strips and straws. Your home base will be within Logistics and you will be working closely with our Logistics Manager within SCO Additional Materials. Your main focus will be to analyze logistic operations, calculate costs, identify savings / cost reductions / quality improvements / optimize our operations by working on different projects. You will become a logistic expert, work across and gather intelligence from different sources and support our business and realize how we can be more efficient. We hope that you develop into an important future leader for our organization.
Who you are
We believe that you are a person with lots of energy, curiosity and strong drive for results. You are open, eager to develop and learn new things. You enjoy problem solving and have the ability to engage others with your ideas. Your approach is humble and collaborative, you like working in an international environment with different people from various cultures. Furthermore, you are business oriented, highly analytical and of course passionate about supply chain & most important Logistics.
Qualifications
• You have/will have a completed Bachelor's degree within economics or similar and most importantly Master's within Logistics degree finished in 2019-2020 (newly graduate).
• You possibly have maximum of one-year relevant experience within Logistics and/or Supply Chain.
• You're fluent in English, written and spoken, preferably on a professional level of English.
• This Programme requires that you are mobile/flexible and willing to relocate during rotations internally.
• Previous international studies/experience is considered as a merit in this recruitment.
