In the role of Function Owner, you get to work close to the vehicle at a company that is on the journey towards electrified vehicles and sustainable transport systems. We are now looking for a junior Function Owner who wants to join!
Information about the position
You will belong to the Bodywork & Visibility Systems group, which consists of 10 people with a great passion for quality and product development. The group is responsible for the development of two built-in systems and associated user functions. You work with, among other things:
* functionality for exterior lighting
* interface to third-party applications
* extension functions
* consume data from sensors to create smart lighting
Job duties
In the role of Function Owner, you see to certain specific functions and that these work as they should despite new updates, the launch of new products and powertrains. You have broad contact areas and are involved from the beginning in the development of new functions, digitalization or alternatively when functions are to be upgraded.
The tasks are varied and the group is responsible for the entire delivery, for example you will:
* Break down requirements for user functions
* Test functions directly in the vehicle on the roadway
* Analyze measurement data
* New development to some extent (C and Simulink)

We are looking for you who has
* A university or master 's degree in engineering in a relevant technical field, for example mechatronics, mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, technical physics or embedded systems
* Fluency in spoken and written English
* Interest in Embedded Systems
We see it as a merit if you have knowledge of Swedish. It is also to your advantage if you have written your ex-job in the automotive industry and have a general interest in the industry. As a person, you are analytical, solution-oriented, structured and motivated by technical challenges. You like to collaborate with others to come up with creative solutions.
Information about the job
Professionals Nord is looking for a Function Owner on behalf of our client. You will work as a consultant via our staffing business for the first 12 months. If the collaboration has worked well, you then have good opportunities for continued employment directly with the client company.
