We are looking for a Function owner to be part of one of the most interesting and challenging projects you will come across! We expand the team in a very intense and interesting development phase to create the driver's digital workplace. This is a new project in our infotainment portfolio where you will make a difference with your experience and ideas.
Our team
Our team is primarily focusing on developing and enhancing the driver's interaction with the vehicle and its systems, including embedded functions within the infotainment area such as radio, media, phone, navigation, and Carplay/AndroidAuto as well as the quality of the deeply connected audio.
Your Profile
As a Function owner at Scania, your work is similar to a technical project manager with many interfaces to align and ensure that the function you are responsible for will become the best it could be. The position is a good mix between the management of the delivery but as the same time deep knowledge about the function.
Examples of daily tasks:
• Write specifications in requirement systems.
• Align specifications and priorities both internally at Scania/Traton but also with global suppliers.
• Supervise and prioritize the development of the functions in Jira.
• Ensure that there are test methods and coverage of the functions.
• Validate the end feature and function in the real vehicle as well as test environments.
You will be part of a highly skilled group consisting of architects, developers, and function owners and you will be part of the function owner team.
Are you currently a function owner, function developer, SW developer, with good knowledge & experience within:
• Navigation application for vehicles (heavy segment)
• Infotainment development
• Requirement writing
• Testing of SW and HW
• Understanding of code
