• Have a positive attitude and love working with a team as well as independently.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English will be necessary.
• You move fast - managing a fast-paced environment and multiple projects with strict deadlines.
• High level of self-management and organisational skills.
What you will work with:
• Experience developing web solutions in Drupal (7/8) and PHP implementations.
• Ability to architect enterprise Drupal solutions including data, display, and information architecture.
• Advanced site-building experience including deep familiarity with Drupal modules such as CTools, Views, and Panels.

• Knowledge of PHP, PHP files and theme functions, and knowledge of the Drupal theme layer.
• Debugging tools like X Debug, Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.
• Thorough understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (e.g. Requirements, Design, Development, Testing) and exposure to Agile or interactive SDLCs.
• Experience supporting high traffic web applications.
Desirable Skills:
• Experience with Unit Testing and TDD.
• Knowledge of server cloud providers, ideally AWS.
• PHP MVC Frameworks and OOP programming.
• Symfony experience.

• If you successfully complete the screen, you will be contacted by the Talent Manager again and you will be sent a tech test. This is meant to assess not only your skill level but also to see your code, live and in action.
• Nice - your wrote the code well, now you're having the second interview with the assigned Teach Leadwho will talk more tech. This is a little more micro - you should expect questions about your tech stack, ways of working, etc. in this interview.
• Once you WOW the Tech Lead, you will move on to the Final Interview! You will meet with a project team, Project Manager, Tech Lead and finally debrief with the Talent Manager. You can expect to be here for a half day. Use this time to get to know the team the office and see if Symbio Sweden is where you are interested in spending upcoming future in.
This entire process - from first contact to final interview - takes approximately 2 weeks. We like to move as fast as possible but synching so many schedules can take time. We promise, however, to keep you updated as often as possible and from the beginning you will have direct access to our Talent Manager.
