MultiMind Bemanning AB offers staffing and recrutiment services. Our niche is to supply staff with language skills and international experience within Logistics, Accounting/Finance, Marketing, HR and IT.
On the behalf of our customer, we are looking for a Finnish speaking customer service representative for a successful international company in the consumer goods industry. The company is American and is represented worldwide. You will be working at the Nordic headquarters in Stockholm.
Your role has many outreach contacts both internally and externally. By phone, you accept orders from customers, register the order and handle other administration. You will also liaise with transport providers, deal with upcoming issues, and make reconciliations against invoices.
We are looking for someone with experience from similar work (customer service, order administration or similar) and have phone habit. As a person you are careful, able to handle stress and outgoing. You have the ability to independently drive processes forward. You speak English without any problems. You have good knowledge of MS Office package, especially Excel. It is an advantage if you have worked with SAP or other integrated business software. It is a requirement that you can communicate in Finnish. Swedish not mandatory.
