www.akzonobel.com/internationalTo International Färg AB production site in Angered we are currently recruiting a service-minded Customer Order Service (COS) Coordinator Marine Nordic who will be developing and maintaining a commercial discipline in the Nordic Region to make sure that that our customers? needs and requirements are met. You will be working closely with members of our ambitious sales team as well as representatives of EMEA commercial team, reporting to COS Manager, M&PC Nordic. Your main accountabilities will include :
• Order reception and registration assuring that prices and orders match
• Process all orders placed by Nordic customers for supply in the Nordic region from point of order receipt through to invoicing
• Log and process all Requests For Quotation submitted by Nordic customers
• Record and chase POD?s required to support invoicing
• Forward orders to overseas deliveries to Supply Associates
• Distribute and file customer invoice plus any associated paperwork e. g. Safety and Technical
Data Sheets etc
• Measure degree of service within the guidelines of the OTIF-process
• Estimate forecasts of future sales for each quarter of the year
• Conduct pricing analysis and facilitate annual commercial terms review for Marine customers
To be successful in this position you have previous experience in working with customer service, logistics or sales &supply planning. You are a driven team-player and have experience in operating in international business environment. As a person you have excellent communication, planning and organization skills. Since many of our customers are located in Finland we are looking for a candidate who has excellent verbal and written skills in Finnish. In addition to that, you are fluent in English and skilled user of Microsoft Office Package.
