What will you do?
We are looking for a Financial Assistant to our Accounts Receivable team. The team consists of six employees that takes care of the customer ledgers with in Stena Line Group.
Some of your key responsibilities:
- Incoming payments
- Manual invoicing
- Intercompany/Netting
- Direct Debits
- Contact with our colleagues within Stena Line Group and customers
- Reconciliation of customer ledger and suspense accounts
- Month end closing
Who are you?
At Stena Line your personality matters as much as how good you are at what you do. We are looking for someone who is detail-oriented and meticulous. You are used to working independently and take full responsibility for your own work. You should like flexibility, to work with different projects and have a positive view on change. Working with administrative tasks and numbers are in your comfort zone, but thinking outside the box to come up with new, more efficient work routines doesn't scare you.
The must-have's:
- At least a high school degree in Business Administration/Economics
- Experience from similar tasks in a Finance Department
- Fluent in Swedish as well as English, written and spoken
- Experience from working in JDE is definitely an advantage

The position is a temporary employment within our Accounts Receivable team from 16th of August 2021 to 31st of August 2022.
