Plingm is a Swedish-developed mobile VoIP app that enables free and low-cost telephony from mobile terminals such as smartphones and iPads. The app so far topped its category in Apple's App Store in thirteen markets. Plingm uses innovative technology to develop and offer cost-effective way to communicate. The company, based in Stockholm is founded by entrepreneurs from the telecommunications and Internet industry and currently operates in 120 markets.
Introduction
NASP is, on the behalf of Plingm, looking for a key member to the company. We expect you to addadd real, tangible value to company in this integral role with-in commercial finance. The role offers balanced varied role with-in a fast unique entrepreneurial environment. In this position you will oversee significant commercial financial duties with a high degree of unique responsibility and challenge. Our company is the single one of its kind and requires a dedicated professional with the ability to master financial reports and prepare financial and economic analyses of company transactions as well as hands-on accounting experience.
Summary of Responsibilities
• Take a leadership role for inter-company matters with accounting, financial planning and external reporting foreign controllers, business clients and tax departments.
• Manage, preparing and prepare short, medium and long-term strategy and financial forecasts; identify and communicate risks and opportunities.
• Developing and executing an financial planning for the company that will support the Business and ensure that the Company meets its budgets and commitments.
• Perform economic and financial analysis in support of business decisions, prepare Monthly, Quarterly and yearly reports, readily providing insight of key drivers behind financial trends and outlook.
• Support management with improving related processes.
Competence

• Broad accounting experience
• External and internal accounting
• Results and Balance Sheet
• Management of personnel payroll
• Tax and VAT and other agency contacts
• Billing Accounts Payable
• Cash flow statement, Burn-Rate monitoring
• Board Reporting
Competences we value as a merit are:
• Manage registration of share issues
• Monitor and report suppliers turnover, consumes
• Handle Annual General Meeting
• Understanding of transfer pricing regulations and foreign tax rules
Background
Must-requirements
• BS in Accounting/Finance/Economics
• Solid background in accounting and financial analysis
• At least 6 years experience of qualified accounting work
• Combined experience of minor / major companies
Preferred requirements
• Proven success in a Start-up/SME business finance role.
• Proven ability to interpret and present data in a visually compelling
• format to financial and non-finance audiences
Merit requirements
• Experience the stock option scheme
• Versed in the Program from Bjorn Lundén

• High powered, doer, entrepreneur, self confident individual who can win the trust of his or her colleagues, board member and investors by gaining a strong understanding of the finances of the Business and by dealing with complex issues across the Business, as they arise.
