hela Sverige We are looking for a team-oriented and hands-on Finance Process Specialist to join our Head of CFO Office, located in Hyllie, Malmö. As a Finance Process Specialist you will be the subject matter expert for finance related applications and associated processes, guidelines, and instructions, including Business central, Coupa, and Twin.
You will drive improvements in the Finance area within ERP and integrated systems including associated routines and processes. You will also act as liaison between Finance and IT to agree on user requirement scope, delivery and service levels.

Main areas of responsibility
You will be a part of our work to simplify finance for the many people and specific responsibilities for the role will include:
• Manage and execute business related and accounting master data changes in the ERP-system and other integrated systems.
• Take part in projects for implementation of new or improved business system and product solutions.
• Ensure that legal or business requirements from Finance are translated into system change requests and to follow up that these are timely processed, effectively met, tested and implemented.
• Identify if changes in any of the Finance related applications effects integrated systems and if needed make sure that such changes in integrated systems are executed simultaneously.
• Ensure that sufficient internal controls are set up in the respective applications to follow Ikano compliance.
• Plan, perform and review tests during changes and upgrades in Finance applications.
You will also structure and analyse requirements to contribute to the development of long-term system solutions tailored to meet business requirements. As well as plan and conduct training sessions for the related applications within the Finance community.
Who are we looking for?
We believe that you have good knowledge of and interest in ERP systems and finance processes and tools. You also have knowledge of accounting procedures, practices and principles. Your computer literacy and technical aptitude is strong, as well as your business understanding.
As a person you are ambitious, hands-on and down-to-earth with a professional but humble approach. You enjoy analytical challenges, are a quick learner and well structured. You believe in the strength of teamwork and appreciate interacting with a heterogenous group of stakeholders where mutual respect is key. You are engaged and self-driven and enjoy working towards continuous improvement. Furthermore, you have the ability to create good relations and act in various environments.
When it comes to background, we believe that you have:
• At least three years of experience from working within accounting and/or controlling or in similar
• Experience from working with ERP-systems were experience from Business central is considered a merit as well as BI-tools.
• Experience from system management and solution design as well as project management and with Agile SAFe framework
